At Perfume Parliament, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any rders placed.

Perfumes are non-returnable products.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days with a mandatory unboxing video at support@perfumeparliament.in or call us at 0261 4399605 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to approval upon receipt of the returned product.
Key Points:
Refunds will be made to the original payment source. Customers may need to share their bank details if required.
A 2.5% fee (payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days.

Orders can be cancelled within only within 1 hour of placement, as we strive for fast dispatch and delivery.
